The role of the Area Sales Manager - Mortars, Plasters & Insulation Systems:
- Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of mortars, plasters and insulation systems.
- All of your time will be spent selling to key builders merchants & stockist accounts, developers, social housing, landlords, architects, specifiers and contractors with the likes of: Travis Perkins, MKM, Buildbase & Jewson.
- All back sold through the distribution channels.
- Target will be determined based on your experience.
- Will conduct CPD seminars.
The ideal applicant will be:
- Must have sales experience in the construction industry.
- Would consider someone working within a merchant.
- Ideally from an insulation background; however, would consider other building products.
- Ideally understand back selling through stockist & merchants such as: Travis Perkins, MKM & Jewson.
- Would consider a contractors & specifier route to market.
- Work as part of a close-knit committed and dedicated team.
