What you\’ll be doing

You\’ll be delivering building materials to local customers from our Hinckley branch. You\’ll load your vehicle using the HIAB, check everything is secure and legal, and then head out to make around 14 drops a day. You\’ll be driving a smart 23-plate 26-tonne Volvo HGV, and you\’ll know your delivery schedule in advance so you can plan your day. You\’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team of six who support each other and take pride in their work. Once deliveries are done, you\’ll return to the branch to reload if needed and prepare for the next day. This is a customer-facing role, so it\’s important you\’re friendly, professional and reliable. You\’ll be the face of our business on the road.

What we\’re looking for

• A valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence and up-to-date CPC.
• At least 12 months of Class 2 driving experience.
• HIAB experience is helpful, but not essential. We\’ll fund your HIAB training if you don\’t have it.
• A customer-first attitude and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
