Joining our friendly and hardworking family as a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be on the front line dealing with customers who come into our shop. As part of the branch team you will play a vital role in our continued success by providing a first‑class service.

What you’ll be doing
- Explore a variety of areas within the branch to discover where your strengths and interests lie – from trade counter interactions to phone support – and collaborate with the team to deliver products to customers safely and efficiently.
- Process customer orders, answer phones, keep stock, manage shelving and handle supplier deliveries, correctly booking them in the branch system.
- Gain experience in the warehouse, building product knowledge to deliver the best service to customers and working with the administration team to understand all business areas.
- Receive full training on our systems, with a coach assigned to support your development programme during the first 12 months.
- Build strong relationships with customers, helping to maintain our success by delivering the highest service standards – the key is to be helpful, friendly and to become familiar with customers by name.

- This key customer‑facing role requires the ability to provide great customer service and upsell where appropriate, and we will teach you the rest.
