Being an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant with us gives you a fantastic opportunity to showcase your ability to build relationships with customers. Don\\\’t worry though, we don\\\’t expect you to already be an expert in our products. You\\\’ll join our industry-leading apprenticeship programme, enabling you to build the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours to be best you can and to set you up for future success. Our CCF Pursuit of Better Certificate is a 12 month Apprenticeship that will give you the tools to be successful in your role. Over the length of your apprenticeship programme, you\\\’ll explore:
