The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Reporting to the Team Manager you will be trained to be a multi-skilled leader covering:

  • Check and approve Support claims.
  • Investigate and report on queries in relation to supplier contract claims.
  • Apply accurate and timely system updates to ensure accurate claims are made.
  • Manage a small team, being responsible for performance management and supervision.
  • Manage day-to-day workload for your team, by setting expectations through targets and ensure this is well controlled on a daily basis.
  • Provide training for the team and assist in all team tasks.
  • Lead, motivate and coach team members - carrying out 121's and performance reviews.
  • Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of colleagues and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • You will have experience within a similar role.
  • You will be organised with the ability to plan your workload, have an aptitude for figures, good IT skills, especially using spreadsheets (Google/Excel).
  • Experience leading a team.
  • At least C grade GCSE in English and Maths.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and can naturally generate relationships both locally and remotely.
  • Highly motivated; must have the desire to make things happen on time.
  • Be willing to help others.
  • Be able to spot and flag issues.
