Keyline Civils Specialists, part of the Travis Perkins Group, is seeking a trainee for a 12‑month Apprenticeship in Customer Service & Sales.

Location: Ashford, Kent

Role Overview:

  • Supported by an apprenticeship, you will develop skills across the business.
  • You will engage with customers in-store and over the phone, providing quotes, product information and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers over the counter and on the phone by taking orders, providing quotes, offering possible solutions and relatable products.
  • Be helpful and friendly, often getting to know our customers on a first‑name basis.
  • Use your learnt knowledge of our products to assist with enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase.
