Overview
Joining our friendly and hardworking family as an Yard Sales Assistant, you\’ll be on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our yard. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success, providing a first class service.
What will I be doing? This role varies day to day in TP branch life, with responsibilities including customer service, order processing, and yard duties.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of service by being helpful and friendly, building customer relationships on a first-name basis where appropriate.
- Based outside, process customer orders, and load/unload customer and company vehicles.
- Unload building products from supplier deliveries and accurately book them into the branch warehouse.
- Experience with a forklift is ideal, but full training is provided.
- Maintain a tidy and safe working environment to ensure safety standards are upheld.

This is a key customer-facing role. You need to provide great customer service; the rest can be taught.
