Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) – Winsford
15 hours per week, 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
Location: Winsford (local residents required – easy commute). Store open 7 AM–8 PM; early starts and late finishes required.
Responsibilities
- Act as a keyholder – open and close the store, secure premises.
- Assign daily tasks to team and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep store clean and stock shelves.
- Provide outstanding customer service, help customers find products and offer project advice.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers' needs.
- Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts; sign customers up to the programme.
- Maintain a friendly, energetic presence as the face of the store.
Qualifications
- Friendly personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliability – be punctual, flexible and committed.
- Accountability – demonstrate previous experience in a keyholder or supervisory role.
- Positive attitude – hard work is valued over experience.
