What You'll Do
- Act as the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find the right products and providing outstanding service.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders.
- Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience, including supervising team members when needed.
- Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short‑term supervisory cover.
- Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, encouraging customers to sign up for great deals.
