You don't need to come from our sector or even know our products; as long as you have the ability to provide great customer service, we will support you with a great onboarding experience.
Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm. We are looking for someone to work 40 hours a week between these hours; overtime is also available.

As we continue to grow our business, we're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in our new Cardiff branch and support us to establish ourselves as leaders in the market. This is a new branch with a new team, where you will be managing the warehouse and drivers.
What will I be doing?
- Managing the warehouse, ensuring that adequate provision is made for customer deliveries, that branch layout is correct, and standards for safety, storage efficiency, housekeeping, and customer accessibility are maintained.
- Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times, promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing.
- Help deliver the highest standards of service - being helpful and friendly at all times is key.
- Be an engaging leader who can delegate successfully and empower colleagues to take accountability and responsibility for areas of the warehouse, creating and cultivating a “one team” approach.
- Unload our air conditioning and ancillary products from supplier deliveries and accurately book them into our warehouse.
Candidates need to be 18 years or over, as you will be driving a forklift; full training is provided.

- The successful candidate will already be running a small team in a similar role and will bring their transferable skills, including supervisory experience, safety awareness, and great customer service.
- You’ll have a great work ethic, be a team player, and work closely with your branch colleagues to get the job done.
- You’ll be physically active; this role may involve lifting heavy materials and using manual handling equipment, such as a forklift.

- A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.
