Store Manager Designate in South London covering stores from Putney to Battersea. 40 hours per week. Our stores open 7 AM – 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer proposition across multiple stores in the region.
- Manage branch operations: opening and closing, checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness.
- Provide great service and sales through exceptional customer experience.
- Muck in with the team to help get the job done and maintain product availability.
- Inspire, encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
- Ask questions, build relationships, support team development and succession planning.
- Lead from front, coach, motivate and engage team to create a great working environment.
- Maintain high branch standards and ensure every customer leaves with everything they need.
