The predicted salary is between 11 - 12 £ per hour.

We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, and get hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
  • Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, chatting with customers and staying efficient during busy times.
  • Ask the right questions to help customers find everything they need to get the job done right.
  • Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for great deals and competitive prices.
