Overview
Store Assistant in Corby – 20 hours per week. 3x shifts per week (2x weekday / 1x weekend). We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What You\’ll Do
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, and be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
- Be prepared to roll up your sleeves; it can get hot in summer and chilly in winter, but focus on good customer service and performing duties efficiently.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Provide outstanding service by engaging with customers and staying efficient during busy times.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers\’ projects and help them find everything they need.
- Be proactive in selling Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to sign customers up and promote benefits.
