Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks – be prepared to roll up your sleeves! There\'s a real family feel here and we all pitch in as part of a close-knit team. And since there\'s always loads of support from those around you, you\'ll never feel like you\'re struggling.
Keep things running smoothly: Maintain a clean and well-organised store, ensuring everything is ready for our customers and safe for our colleagues.
Learn while working: Set aside time each week to complete coursework, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach
