What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Provide outstanding service during busy times and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers’ projects and offer suitable solutions.
- Proactively sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
