- Ensure the team provides a great customer experience and delivers sales through service.
- Help the team get the job done: check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch, and put orders together.
- Encourage a positive mindset and build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
- Ask questions and build relationships to support team development, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead from the front by coaching, motivating and engaging your team, creating a great place to work.
- Maintain product availability and high branch standards while creating a fun working environment.
