Hours: 20 hours per week
Store times: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (early starts and late finishes required)
What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- Handle deliveries and unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Provide outstanding service at all times, especially during busy periods.
- Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for great deals.
- Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
- Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; while retail experience is not essential, some keyholder or supervisory background is preferred.
