Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) – Glasgow Shawlands
20 hours per week
Store hours: 7 AM to 8 PM. Must manage early starts and late finishes.
What You’ll Do
Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience, handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
Serve as the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need and provide outstanding service during busy times.
Be proactive: promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for deals and competitive prices.
Keyholder responsibilities: open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
