TF Solutions , part of Travis Perkins plc, is now hiring for a strategic and commercially focused Senior Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover) to sit on our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is a high-visibility leadership position where you will serve as the commercial driving force behind our market positioning, customer value propositions (CVPs), and overall revenue growth. Managing a team of two Marketing Executives and an annual budget of c. £300k, you will champion the voice of the customer at executive level while translating group strategy into high-impact, integrated multichannel marketing plans.
