40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What You'll Do
You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long‑lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make customers happy. This role goes beyond a typical store job; as a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves. It can be hot in summer and cold in winter – a real pride in what you and the team do matters.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager, standing in their absence, motivating and engaging the team and coaching them to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
- Deliver great service: provide a great customer experience with a smile, even when busy, and coach the team to do the same.
- Ask questions and build relationships, ensuring customers leave the branch with everything they need for their job.
- Build a fun working environment: maintain high product availability and branch standards, making it a place everyone loves to work.
