Retail Supervisor in Leamington Spa, 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What You’ll Do
- Be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships and going above and beyond to make our customers happy.
- Serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
- Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team or coaching the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
- Provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face – no matter how busy you are and coach the team to do the same.
- Make sure our customers leave the branch with everything that they need for the job.
- Maintain great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
