What You\’ll Do
Retail Supervisor in Dundee
- Support the Store Manager, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
- Assist with deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, and prepare orders.
- Provide excellent customer service and coach the team to do the same.
- Build relationships with customers to ensure they leave satisfied.
- Create a positive work environment while maintaining branch standards.
