Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Redruth
20 hours per week
We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What You'll Do
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation— help customers find what they need and provide great customer service.
- Hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves— roll up your sleeves as needed.
- Keyholder responsibilities— open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short-term supervisory cover when needed.
- Be prepared to handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to experience great deals and competitive prices.
- Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; some retail experience or keyholding/supervisory experience is helpful but not essential.
