The predicted salary is between 10 - 13 £ per hour.
20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What You'll Do
- Support store operations during opening hours (7 AM–8 PM) with early starts and late finishes as required.
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- Be hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
- Roll up your sleeves and contribute to a busy store environment.
- No retail experience required; commitment to delivering excellent service and we’ll teach you the rest.
- Get involved: handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Provide outstanding service by engaging with customers and staying efficient during busy times.
- Ask the right questions to understand customer projects and help them find what they need.
- Be proactive: promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up for benefits.
