Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Oswestry, 20 hours per week. Store hours: 7 AM β 8 PM. Applicants must live locally, be able to commute easily, and handle early starts and late finishes.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding tools and accessories, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide supervisory cover when needed.
- Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, and sign customers up to experience great deals and competitive prices.
- Maintain high store standards, keep the workplace enjoyable, and support colleagues in delivering a great customer experience.
