What You'll Be Doing

  • Create and process purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Liaise with suppliers on orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Match supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes, resolving any discrepancies
  • Arrange transport bookings with carriers and logistics providers, and keep internal teams updated on shipment status
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and transport records
  • Support the team with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks
  • Work closely with warehouse, finance, and operations colleagues to keep things running smoothly
  • Make sure all documentation is completed and stored correctly
