  • Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:30am–5:00pm, alternate Saturday mornings (8:00am–12:00pm)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Forget coffee runs and admin duties. This is an immersive, hands-on commercial experience. You’ll learn how a multi-million-pound business operates from the inside out rotating around different departments of branches:

  • Learn the Core Business: Work across the warehouse, manage stock, and go on the road with delivery teams to understand our full supply chain.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Work directly with trade customers, handle sales on the counter, and learn how commercial deals happen.
  • Develop Leadership Skills: Shadow experienced Branch Managers to learn financial management, operational safety, and how to lead a high-performing team.
