Travis Perkins plc seeks an Employee Relations Advisor to join the HR Shared Service Employee Relations team in Northampton. You will own ER cases and provide commercial, compliant advice over the phone to businesses across the group.
Training is based in Northampton with a move to hybrid work (2-3 days in the office weekly) after induction. You will support disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and sickness cases, coaching managers and senior leaders to reach best outcomes.
