What you’ll be doing

You will manage TF Solutions stock to availability targets whilst keeping within our stock budget. By working collaboratively, you will develop forecasts, review stock targets, and utilize existing company stocks to deliver a seamless supply chain process. No two days are the same within this role, but here are some of the key accountabilities you will be involved in:

  • Driving optimum availability for our branches utilizing the replenishment system, ensuring all orders are placed accurately and timely.
  • Maintaining forecasts and safety stock or trigger levels to work efficiently within the stock budget.
  • Working with suppliers and our commercial team to resolve all supplier delivery challenges and mitigate network impact.
  • Working closely with and building great relationships with branch managers and the wider Operations Team.
  • Managing the product life cycle, including product range changes, new lines, dead stock, stock health, and promotional events.
  • Reviewing cost to serve parameters, such as supplier lead time reduction, ordering/delivery frequency, and MOQ supplier reviews.

We are looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for excellence. Additionally, being well‑organized and planned goes without saying, as you will be responsible for managing self through prioritisation and forward planning for promotions and range reviews. We work in a dynamic and fast‑paced office environment where as part of our culture we take pride in what we do.   • An attitude to succeed, drive, initiative, and a continuous improvement outlook.
  • High level of analytical skills and intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new computer systems.
  • Previous experience in Product Supply, covering stock management and forecasting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build great internal relationships and network effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of company IT systems and the ability to work across a varied range of departments.
  • Qualifications at A‑Level or equivalent standard.
