We're looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our Group Commercial team and play a vital role in supporting commercial operations across pricing, category management, supply chain, quality assurance, and branch operations. This role is fixed term contract for 12 months. Full time working hours.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Commercial Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our commercial operation, ensuring key processes are delivered efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and resolving requests from operational teams through our Branch Query App
- Supporting Commercial, Pricing, Category, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams with a wide range of requests and projects
- Coordinating the Cost Price Increase (CPI) process with suppliers to ensure accurate branch pricing
- Managing the Commercial Services inbox and ensuring enquiries are actioned promptly
- Supporting commercial projects and initiatives that drive business performance
- Coordinating supplier compliance and quality assurance activities
- Acting as a key link between branches, supply chain, and commercial teams
- Maintaining accurate data, reporting, and product information across systems
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

- Experience in administration, coordination, project support, or a similar role

- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of tasks
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
