Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) – Newcastle Scotswood Road 24 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, while also being hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
- Provide outstanding service: always offer a great experience.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers’ projects and help them find solutions.
- Be proactive by promoting Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
- Keyholder responsibilities: open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
