Role Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Milton Keynes Bletchley – 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers find what they need, providing outstanding service and asking the right questions.
  • Hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean and preparing orders.
  • Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Keyholder responsibilities: open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short-term supervisory cover when needed.
  • Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for competitive deals.

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and energetic personality, with a willingness to shine in a team environment.
  • Reliable, flexible, committed and supportive to customers and team.
  • Prior experience as a keyholder or supervising team members, or willingness to take accountability.
