We’re offering a 24‑month scheme that is a FAST‑TRACK immersion into the operations of the UK’s largest builders merchant. You’ll gain a deep, hands‑on understanding of the entire merchanting lifecycle and move rapidly into a management development pathway.

What You’ll Do

• Year 1 Focus: Dive deep into the specialist merchant industry, market dynamics and our business strategy. You’ll become a product guru and a customer service superstar while embedding our “safety first” approach.
• Year 2 Focus: Hone your leadership style and master the art of inspiring and motivating a team.
• Rotate through all branch areas – managing stock, mastering sales techniques, handling phone enquiries and emails, and shadowing delivery drivers.
• Become an indispensable expert our customers rely on.

Qualifications & Support

On‑job learning supported by a dedicated apprenticeship coach who provides 1:1 coaching, mentoring & technical training. Successfully complete your end‑point assessments to achieve 2 L3 Apprenticeships and fast‑track your progression with us.
