The role
- You’ll deliver and collect our products to and from our branches in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
- You will have full responsibility for carrying out pre and post shift vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle road worthiness.
- You’ll make sure that the vehicle is loaded properly and that we meet road transport and traffic legislation standards.
- You’ll also ensure that paperwork is completed and accurate records are maintained of all vehicle/goods movements; deliveries and performance.
What We Are Looking For
- You’ll have previous experience as a Driver and hold the appropriate driving licence and CPC training records.
- An MHE licence would be desirable however it is not essential as full training can be provided.
- Out on the road, you’ll be able to work on your own with minimum supervision and have a can do approach to resolving problems.
