Position Overview: Store Assistant – Ludlow, part-time 20 hours per week. Must be able to commute locally and work early starts and late finishes (7 AM–8 PM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, helping customers find what they need.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and perform warehouse and stocking tasks.
- Encourage customers to sign up for Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
- Ask the right questions to gauge customers’ projects and recommend the right products.
- Maintain high store standards, support teamwork, and foster a friendly workplace.
