3 months Fixed Term Contract

Location: Letchworth – live locally and can commute to the store. The store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM. You must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the friendly face of Toolstation and help customers find what they need.
  • Assist with deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders.
  • Perform warehouse tasks and stock shelves, handling the demands of hot summers and chilly winters.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, staying efficient during busy times.
  • Ask customers the right questions to understand their projects and recommend solutions.
  • Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and signing customers up for deals.
