Join our friendly and hard‑working family as a Multi‑drop Van Driver / Customer Service Assistant. You will be on the front line dealing with customers both in the branch and during deliveries, providing first‑class service while keeping colleagues and customers safe.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with our customers.
- Drive transit and flatbed vehicles (up to 3.5 ton) to carry out multi‑drop deliveries from the branch to local customers and ensure timely, safe delivery of orders.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures when unloading, loading and driving, maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Work Monday to Friday 07:30 – 17:00 and every other Saturday 08:00 – 12:00, providing a good work‑life balance.
Qualifications
- Valid Cat B licence (up to 3.5 ton) held for at least 12 months.
- Experience delivering in a relevant industry is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong work ethic, quick learner, physically fit, and excellent customer‑service skills.
- Health and safety awareness.
- Resilience, adaptability and high energy for a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable working in the branch and on the road.
