Hours: 25 hours per week (open from 7 AM to 8 PM).

Location: Hereford Holmer Road (local candidates required, easy commute).

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need and delivering excellent service.
  • Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders; participate in warehouse tasks and stocking shelves.
  • Manage daily operations as a keyholder: open and close the store, assign daily tasks to team members, provide supervisory cover when needed.
  • Promote and sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to access great deals and competitive prices.
  • Ask the right questions to understand customers’ projects and help them find everything required to get the job done.
  • Maintain a positive, proactive attitude; ensure the store environment and customer experience are outstanding.
