What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need and delivering excellent service.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and prepare orders; participate in warehouse tasks and stocking shelves.
- Manage daily operations as a keyholder: open and close the store, assign daily tasks to team members, provide supervisory cover when needed.
- Promote and sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to access great deals and competitive prices.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers’ projects and help them find everything required to get the job done.
- Maintain a positive, proactive attitude; ensure the store environment and customer experience are outstanding.
