What You’ll Do

Store Manager, Glasgow Possilpark. Deliver an outstanding customer proposition. You’ll manage the branch and lead a high‑performing team, ensuring sales through superb customer service while maintaining branch standards and product availability.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Deliver great service – ensure the team provides a great customer experience and drives sales through service.
  • Muck in – check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
  • Inspire – encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
  • Ask questions and build relationships – develop your team, support succession planning and ensure customers leave the branch with everything they need.
  • Lead – coach, motivate and engage your team, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
  • Build a fun working environment – maintain product availability and high branch standards while making the branch a place everyone loves coming to work.
