This role is onsite working.
Role Purpose
Credit administrators are responsible for managing and administrating credit-related duties and are in charge of facilitating and providing support/processing for the credit services team. The team is based both in Reading & Glasgow supporting both the Keyline Civils Specialist Ltd and CCF Ltd businesses. This role primarily involves processing credit applications and supporting our cash allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and efficiently process all customer requests for Credit Accounts making credit decisions in accordance with the Company Credit Policy.
- Ensure that all customer payment receipts by Bacs & Cheque are processed, posted and allocated in accordance with company SLA agreements on a daily basis.
- Assist with the reconciliation of the cash book/sales ledger statements.
- Assist with customer inbound calls making payments.
- Assist with obtaining POD’s from suppliers and sending to customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Undertake additional duties as allocated by the Manager.
