  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (No weekend work!)

What will I be doing?

  • As an Apprentice Internal Account Coordinator, you’ll be central to our sales and customer service efforts, supporting both external account managers and our valued customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and trade customers
  • Developing a solid understanding of our products, services, and systems
  • Supporting the external account managers with quotes, order processing, and proactive account management
  • Managing a portfolio of small to medium accounts directly, ensuring excellent service and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Using tools like LinkedIn, e‑mail, and CRM systems to support prospecting and new business development
  • Helping tailor solutions to meet customer needs and following up on enquiries to secure orders
  • Supporting the coordination of promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
