The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What You'll Do
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need while being hands-on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
- Be prepared to roll up your sleeves; it can get hot in summer and chilly in winter, but you’ll focus on doing a good job and providing great customer service.
- Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; some experience as a key holder or supervising team members is useful, though retail experience is not essential.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Open and close the store and provide short-term supervisory cover when needed as a keyholder.
- Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts and sign customers up for deals and competitive prices.
