Are you looking for the next step in your career? Are you an effective communicator with a strong customer service background? We are currently looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support the Branch Manager with the day to day running of the branch. Learning all processes, you will be confident in coaching your team and managing the branch in the absence of the manager to ensure that all targets are met. Organisation is key in this role - with a hands-on approach, you’ll be happy to get involved with all aspects of the branch whether that’s supporting with CAD designs or deliveries in our warehouse, or just making sure that we are providing the best service possible for our customers. We are a trade focused business, so a large part of your day will involve working directly with the customers and creating a personalised experience. Alongside your team, you’ll be creating and maintaining relationships with local tradesmen, meaning it’ll be easier to increase profits and maximise sales.

You will either have experience of managing a team or have a strong customer service background with a desire to take the next step in your career. Whatever your background, we’ll support your development and offer you the opportunity to make the role your own. You don’t need industry experience we just want people that are passionate about joining our business! Having a Full UK Drivers licence is essential for this role as you will be required to travel.
