Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) in Driffield, 25 hours per week. You must live locally, be able to commute easily, and manage early starts and late finishes as our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM. As a keyholder you will be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need. You will also handle deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. This role requires supervision of colleagues, opening and closing the store, assigning daily tasks, and providing short‑term supervisory cover when needed. You should have experience as a keyholder or supervising team members.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean, and preparing orders.
- Providing outstanding customer service during busy times.
- Asking the right questions to help customers with their projects.

- Opening and closing the store, assigning daily tasks, and covering supervisory needs.
