We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes. Store Assistant in Launceston – 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Act as the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Assist with warehouse tasks and stocking shelves, including working in varying temperatures.
- Provide outstanding customer service and offer a great experience during busy times.
- Ask the right questions to understand customers' projects and help them find everything they need.
- Be proactive in selling the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to enjoy great deals and competitive prices.
