Job Overview
30 hours per week. The store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM. You must be able to handle early starts and late finishes.

What You'll Do
In this role you will represent Toolstation, build long‑lasting relationships, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves. This is more than a typical retail position; you’ll deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑moving environment.

  • Support the Store Manager and lead the team in their absence, motivating and coaching staff towards sales targets.
  • Muck in – check, unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
  • Provide great customer service with a smile, directing the team to do the same.
  • Ask questions, build relationships and ensure customers leave with everything they need.
  • Create a fun working environment while maintaining product availability and high branch standards.
