3 months Fixed Term Contract, 40 hours per week. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Supporting: stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
  • Mucking in: check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, and put orders together.
  • Delivering great service: provide a great customer experience with a smile, coaching the team to do the same.
  • Asking questions and building relationships: ensure customers leave the branch with everything they need.
  • Building a fun working environment: maintain product availability and branch standards, making the branch a place everyone loves to work.
