What You'll Do
- Friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- Hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean.
- Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; some retail experience or previous keyholder/supervisory role preferred.
- Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
- Promote the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up for deals.
