Your Core Responsibilities Will Include

  • Customer Service Excellence: Build strong relationships, provide prompt and professional service, and handle customer inquiries about our wide range of products and services.
  • Driving Sales & Profitability: Process sales transactions accurately, proactively follow sales strategies, and work towards achieving individual and branch sales targets (KPIs).
  • Health & Safety Focus: Prioritise a safe working environment, handling stock and equipment safely and adhering to all company regulations.
  • Operational Support: Assist with stock management, maintain a clean and organised sales and hire area, and ensure all administration and paperwork are completed accurately.

What We’re Looking For (Person Specification)

  • Essential: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer service focus. Reliable, with a good work ethic and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ability to prioritise health and safety at all times.
  • Preferred (But Not Essential): Previous experience in a similar customer‑facing role. Knowledge of tools, equipment, or building materials and their uses.
